Vous aurez en charge :

• L’administration du personnel : formalités liées à l’intégration/à la sortie du collaborateur, mutuelle/prévoyance, suivi des visites médicales, dossiers médailles du travail
• La gestion des temps sur Horoquartz : gestion des anomalies de pointage et suivi des absences
• La paie sur ADP : collecte, vérification et traitement des éléments variables de paie, établissement des bulletins de paie et des soldes de tout compte, contrôle et déclaration en DSN
• La gestion des intérimaires : suivi des contrats, de l’intégration, des relevés d’heures sur PIXID et de la facturation
• Le suivi des tableaux de bord et indicateurs RH

Vous serez amené à réaliser ponctuellement des missions annexes en collaboration avec l’équipe RH :

• La formation : organisation et suivi administratif des sessions de formation
• La communication interne

Titulaire d'une licence ou d'un master en gestion des ressources humaines

Une première expérience en paie est indispensable
