Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen

• Lead the global design and standardisation of FI and CO processes within the S/4HANA environment, in collaboration with IT work stream leads or application managers
• Ensure the alignment of financial processes with the organisation's strategic goals and compliance requirements
• In conjunction with the CFO and Head of Group Finance, establish governance frameworks for ongoing process improvements, ensuring adherence to global standards
• Oversee the migration and integration of legacy systems into S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and process continuity
• Develop and deliver training programs for finance teams on new processes and S/4HANA functionalities
• Monitor and support ongoing finance user adoption and proficiency in S/4HANA

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience with SAP FI and CO modules, including hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations
• Broad experience in CRO and CDMO or equivalent industries ideally in both segments Drug Product and Drug Substance
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable
• 10+ years of experience in finance and controlling roles, with significant exposure to global operations
• Proven track record in leading global process
• Team player with entrepreneurial mindset, pro-active and solutions oriented
• Having the ability to work in a structured and efficient manner, within a multicultural environment
• English fluent, any other European language a plus
• Willingness to travel
