Customer Service Manager (m/w/d)

Main activities and responsibilities

 

  • Manage customer service operational activities
  • Provide tactical decision-making related to balance supply and demand
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (OTIF, Volume & lead time)
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders in different department (production planning, purchasing and quality)
  • Handle customer requests and finding optimal solution to the problems and concerns presented
  • Manage the forecast process

Your Profile

  • Bachelor`s degree in industrial distribution, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing and management positions
  • Experience in industrial environment a must ; within the Pharmaceutical industry a plus
  • Customer service oriented, rigorous, pragmatic, able to have a global vision and pay attention to details. Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational functions (production planning, purchasing and quality) and units internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skills, used to work with reportings and datas  
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP4 HANA. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills
