CordenPharma International (CPI) acts as the management company of the CordenPharma Group. In addition to the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the CordenPharma Group across locations and at an international level.

We are looking for one as soon as possible

• Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Finanzthemen am Standort Frankfurt
• Erstellung des Monatsreportings (Umsätze, Auftragsbestand, Margenanalyse, Kostenstellenkosten, Bilanz, Investitionen, Working Capital). Ermittlung und Analyse von Abweichungen
• Monatliches Profitabilitätsreporting inklusive Allokation von Umsätzen, Materialkosten und Stunden
• Erstellung von Budgets und Forecast inklusive umfangreichem Group-Reporting
• Regelmäßige Erstellung diverser Auswertungen, Analysen und Berichte
• Projektcontrolling für Kunden- und Investitionsprojekte
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IAS, Ansprechpartner für Auditoren
• Bestandscontrolling (Bestandsbewertung, Abwertungen, jährliche Inventuren)
• Bearbeitung von Schnittstellenthemen mit der Buchhaltung (insb. Anlagevermögen und Debitoren)
• Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen, Ansprechpartner für Kunden in Rechnungsangelegenheiten
• Adhoc-Auswertungen für externe und interne Anfragen
• Unterstützung und Schulung anderer Abteilungen in Finanzthemen

• Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
• Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
• Hohe Auffassungsgabe und Zahlenaffinität, sehr guter Umgang bei der Verarbeitung von Daten (insb. Excel)
• Gute Grundkenntnisse in Buchhaltung
• Gründliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hands-on Mentalität
• Teamplayer, kommunikativ, offen für Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
