Creating and writing job descriptions and advertisements
Actively sourcing of candidates using various channels
Liaise and manage selected key recruitment companies, if necessary
Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing potential candidates
Conducting interviews
Accompanying line manages as a sparring partner and in the decision-making process
Building relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient recruiting process
Creating introduction and onboarding programs
Project collaboration for the introduction of a new recruitment tool

Master degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Hospitality, Business or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience inTalent Acquisition, A-Z recruitment and sourcing activities included
Experience in Pharma or CDMO / CMO companies a plus
Experience in Corporate environment a must, with recruitment agencies a plus
Fluent in German, English and French
At ease with recruitment and reporting tools
Pro-active and solution oriented personnality, at ease working with a wide diverse range of stakeholders,
