As soon as possible we, at Ettingen site, we are looking for a

• Führung und Entwicklung eines 12 bis 15-köpfigen Teams inkl. administrativer Aufgaben (Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Erstellung Schichtplan, Urlaubsplanung, Anwesenheits- und Absenzkontrolle)
• Verantwortung für die zeitgerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie GMP-konforme Ausführung der Produktionsaufträge
• Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Standards hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität, OE und Umwelt
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Technik, Logistik, Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
• Unterstützung in diversen Projekten sowie bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Produktion

• Abschluss im industriellen Bereich mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
• Langjährige Führungstätigkeit (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Bereich Pharma, Lebensmittel oder ähnlich
• Systematische Arbeitsweise (Störungsbehebung, Produktion, Projektarbeit)
• Eigenverantwortlichkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Sehr gutes praktisches und theoretisches Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Produktionsanlagen
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (gute Kenntnisse)
• Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP, TrackWise und PAS-X von Vorteil
