Your Tasks

  • Creating and writing job descriptions and advertisements
  • Actively sourcing of candidates using various channels
  • Liaise and manage selected key recruitment companies, if necessary
  • Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing potential candidates
  • Conducting interviews
  • Accompanying line manages as a sparring partner and in the decision-making process
  • Building relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient recruiting process
  • Creating introduction and onboarding programs
  • Project collaboration for the introduction of a new recruitment tool

Your Profile

  • Master degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Hospitality, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience inTalent Acquisition, A-Z recruitment and sourcing activities included 
  • Experience in Pharma or CDMO / CMO companies a plus 
  • Experience in Corporate environment a must, with recruitment agencies a plus 
  • Fluent in German, English and French 
  • At ease with recruitment and reporting tools
  • Pro-active and solution oriented personnality, at ease working with a wide diverse range of stakeholders,
  • Brand story teller
