Corden Pharma International acts as the management company of the Corden Pharma Group. Besides the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the Corden Pharma Group across locations and on an international level. 

As soon as possible we, at Basel site, we are looking for a

• Creating and writing job descriptions and advertisements
• Actively sourcing of candidates using various channels
• Liaise and manage selected key recruitment companies, if necessary
• Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing potential candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Accompanying line manages as a sparring partner and in the decision-making process
• Building relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient recruiting process
• Creating introduction and onboarding programs
• Project collaboration for the introduction of a new recruitment tool

• Master degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Hospitality, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience inTalent Acquisition, A-Z recruitment and sourcing activities included 
• Experience in Pharma or CDMO / CMO companies a plus 
• Experience in Corporate environment a must, with recruitment agencies a plus 
• Fluent in German, English and French 
• At ease with recruitment and reporting tools
• Pro-active and solution oriented personnality, at ease working with a wide diverse range of stakeholders,
• Brand story teller
