Main activities and responsibilities

  • Spannende HR Aufgaben in einem wachsenden und dynamischen Unternehmen
  • Übernahme von interessanten Aufgaben in unserem Recruitment Process
  • Weiterentwicklung des Employer Brandings Konzepts
  • Planung und Teilnahme an Bewerbermessen
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden HR Projekten wie z.B. Compensation und Benefits
  • Betreuung des operativen Onboardings und Weiterentwicklung des Onboarding Konzepts 
  • Pflege von unseren HR Systemen

Your Profile

  • Laufendes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Jura, Psychologie oder vergleichbares
  • Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen, bist kommunikationsfreudig, freundlich und sozial kompetent
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch ergebnisorientiertes, pro-aktives Arbeiten mit hohem Planungs- und Organisationstalent sowie einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsmentalität aus
  • Du hast ein gutes Maß an Empathie und eine genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie kennst Dich sehr gut im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen aus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
