CordenPharma is one of the leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO) and develops and produces active pharmaceutical ingredients, medicines and associated packaging services on behalf of its customers as a “full-service” service provider. CordenPharma International (CPI) acts as the management company of the CordenPharma Group. In addition to the Executive Leadership Team, CPI has central functions such as Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development, which work for the CordenPharma Group across locations and at an international level.

We are looking for an IT Manager as soon as possible.

 

SUMMARY

Responsabilities include :

  • As IT Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, further development, and optimization of the local IT-infrastructure, applications, and security of our location in Chenove.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the local IT-team, to ensure we deliver effective support to the business.
  • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, such as system upgrades, new implementations, and digital transformation initiatives, within budget and on-time.
  • Budget planning and procurement of all Servers, PCs, printers, telecommunication equipment, for the sites.
  • Ensure the security of the IT-infrastructure, according to the industry best practice, with guidance from our IT-Security team.
  • Ensure IT systems and infrastructure adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including GxP (Good Practice) guidelines, and CSV requirements.

Votre profil

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 5 years of management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and management.
  • Ability to collaborate at business level in French and English.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and within the IT-team.

  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team, foster collaboration, and drive the IT department’s success.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of ITIL processes, and preferably pharmaceutical IT systems.
  • Regulatory Acumen: Thorough knowledge of regulatory frameworks specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Problem Solving: Adept at troubleshooting, identifying solutions, and implementing new technologies that support business objectives.
