Vos tâches :

  • First point of contact for the customers
  • Responsible for end-to-end ordering management for products and services
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders in different department (production planning, purchasing and quality)
  • Handle customer requests and finding optimal solution to the problems and concerns presented
  • Update monthly forecasts with customers and execute deepest analysis and kpi when requested
  • Manage and lead weekly meetings with customers
  • Organize shipping activities (as shipment in temperature controlled, transportation of national and international shipments. Control of compliance aspects: Export licenses, Global Trade, good distribution practices GDP)
  • Generate shipping documents (as Proforma Invoice, Packing lists, Certificates)
  • Contribute to the follow-up and execution of the monthly Sales budget based on our invoicing process

 

Votre profil :

  • Commercial / Supply Chain degree, or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing and order management position
  • Additional experience in transports organization and Export activities a plus 
  • Experience in industrial environment a must ; within the Pharmaceutical industry a plus
  • Customer service oriented, rigorous, pragmatic, able to have a global vision and pay attention to details. Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational functions (production planning, purchasing and quality) and units internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skills, used to work with reportings and datas  
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP, and export management systems. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills
